NOTICE TO MTC TIRE OAKVILLE CUSTOMERS:

We are now open.

We are an essential service and understand that our customers need to get their vehicle(s) serviced and ready for spring.  We are taking every precaution we can and have implemented safety procedures here.  In accordance with the Government’s social distancing policy and also to keep our staff and customers safe, we are asking customers upon their appointed arrival at our shop to do the following:

1. If you have a wheel lock key, please ensure that it is available in plain sight so that our Technicians can find it easily
2. When you arrive in the parking lot, please leave your keys in the car with your driver’s window down and walk into our showroom to let the front desk know you have arrived (keeping the two meter safe distance policy in mind)
3. If possible, only bring yourself to this appointment or arrange a ride home as our showroom waiting area will be limited to only a few customers as per the government’s policy of five people or less in one area;
4. A preferred option is to leave your car the night before and drop your keys in our drop box located beside the first bay door, and pick it up when the car is finished – we will call you to let you know once it is finished.
5. All of our employees will be wearing gloves which will be changed after each vehicle is serviced.  We will also be sanitizing our premises on a regular basis.
6. Regarding our washroom, we wish to limit the use of it so as not to spread the virus so please refrain, if possible, from using it during this unprecedented time.  There will also be no coffee service available at this time.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding why these procedures we are implementing are needed to combat the spread of COVID-19, and in doing so, keeping our staff and customers safe and to flatten the curve.
