Very impressed with their service and shop! I called to inquire about changing out 1 tire and Howard said they were booked up for the next 2 and a half weeks. I asked if there was anyway I could get in sooner if I brought the 1 tire and rim off my car separately and he was able to squeeze me in that day. Great first experience and I will definitely be back!

Never been here before, the moment I arrived I was greeted by enthusiastic mechanics, they took my truck for a spin, 10min later it was up on a hoist within 25min they had diagnosed the issue and given me a quote for parts and labour. Since it was end of day they couldn't repair it on spot, I drove away without even getting charged for service. Would a non family-owned business ever do that!!!?? Needless to say they have won over my business and I will head back there to complete the repair!

I bring all my vehicles here. They really know what they are doing and the lounge is nice to sit down and do paperwork in while you wait. They put a new wheel and tire package on my f150 along with a leveling kit. Truck rides and looks great.

OK - I'm a Honda guy, I take my Ody's to Honda. But the two dealerships I called didn't answer the phone on three different occasions each... SO I called these guys (They have good ratings), they said come in 1/2 hour. OK I did, and it was done in 20 minutes with a smile and a thanks. Well Honda's loss is MTC's win. I will be back.

Service was impeccable, very friendly with helpful staff. Tire mounting and balance left my car with no shakes or vibrations, and the alignment done is dead straight. Can not recommend this shop enough to the community, keep up the great work.

Once again Mtc came through with flying colors. My father, who has brought many vehicles to them had spotted a screw head in his tire. He drove over and they fixed him up withing 15 minutes. Friendly faces and great service as always. Thanks goes to Rob.

For over 17 years now, MTC has been the first place I go for tires, and ALL non-warranty mechanical work on my 7 vehicles over that time. I'm not easy to please, as I’m price sensitive and have high quality and service expectations. Howie, Matt and the team never let me down. I moved from Oakville to Toronto to Niagara, but still travel back to Oakville for MTC's services to my vehicles. It's well worth it.

Great service and workmanship. Took my daily driver BMW 325Xi here for a 4 wheel alignment. Car drives straight and suspension feels nice and tight. Would've paid 3 times the amount to have this completed at Budd's BMW in Hamilton($60 for suspension inspection + $330 for alignment).

I was referred by my brother in law from the alignment on my nephews car. Showed up Mon morning without an appointment and was looked at right away by Rob. Alignment inspected and shown where problem was. Rob set everything to proper specs. In and out in about an hour. Edge is driving perfectly again. Thanks guys for the quick turn around.

I’ve been coming to MTC Tire for over 10 years! There’s service is exemplary, and they always ensure to communicate very well with you before any work is done on your car. They do a great job of changing my tires and my oil, And making sure I am aware of any further work that needs to be done to my car. I always feel safe when I’m on the road after visit from MTC Tire!

I went for flat tire repair and back view wiper for my Honda CRV. Everything was done in half an hour and pricing is very competitive, actually better than many other in the area. They have some seating inside beside the reception with tv and wasn't crowded at 4pm on a Monday. SO all in all good experience.

Despite being super busy, I was lucky enough that ‘the bald guy’ at the front took pity on my and got my car serviced promptly and fair pricing on my tires.

Matt does an exceptional job, exemplary communication and quality care. Peter needs to greatly improve his customer service skills and attitude towards clients. Posting from my son's account: I am a former Marketing Lead for one of MTC's national competitors, and a woman - and I'm happy to tell everyone MTC Tire is the best TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES shop in Oakville. HANDS DOWN! I've even got Matt on text. As an expert of this category, I know all your apprehensions - tires are a grudge $1,000 buy, auto shops can't be trusted etc etc. I am here to tell you that any issue I have with either of my vehicles (tires & services), I text Matt. The whole MTC team is a pleasure to deal with! Respectful, approachable, professional, fair. They recently couldn't get my car in for a big service during 'Spring tire season' - so I waited! I won't go to anyone else. It's a Bonus they carry my favourite brand of Tire (Nokian WRG All-Weathers). If you're looking for a great tire and/or automotive experience, as a person who knows this industry, I'm telling you that you can't go wrong with MTC Tire!

MTC Tire is amazing. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years and here’s an example why: the Audi dealership told me I needed new tires after 2 years as the tread was worn out (these tires had seen only 16K summer driving). I went to MTC very prepared to buy a new set of tires but I asked them to check and they said ‘nope, you don’t need to change them, come back next year’. Imagine walking away from easy money because they have the customer’s best interest at heart. They are an upstanding business I trust completely and have recommended to friends many times.

100 % Customer satisfaction!! Some companies pay lip service to customer satisfaction but MTC Tire lives it every day. I had my tires changed and new wheels added and at every step of the way; initial contact, sale, installation and after sale service my experience was great. No matter what my question or concern was it was taken care of. I highly recommend MTC.

Sick and tired of the run flats my X1 came with, so MTC put on a set of Nokian WRG4 All-Weather tires. Great job with installation, and great advice from the front guys - Matt and Peter. Don't know who actually installed the tires, but job was timely - even the brake pads were checked for mm left. Tires ride like Matt said they would - smooth, absorbs bumps well, quiet and I don't feel like I am hitting the roof of my SUV every time I go over a bump. Great advice, great place. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend MTC Tire. They are polite, friendly, professional and the work is done promptly. In my case, I had a tire puncture in my Audi. They fixed it within minutes. I have never had such prompt and fast service like that in years. They even showed me the nail they retrieved that cause the puncture. Now, if I was to go to the Audi dealership, I would need to be put on hold on the phone to the service desk because they are so busy, book an appointment up to 1 day later, then when I get there I need to wait at least 2 hours while they do the work, and pay three times the price. Go to MTC for your tire needs instead!!!

I called in today to see if they can fit me in as a walk-in to install winter tire’s before tomorrow’s storm and they gladly did. I was assisted by Matt, it was nice chatting with him while I waited. It took exactly how much time they said it will take.

Ive had several sets of tires done at MTC, last set yesterday. Matt was responsive with his quote (again), super friendly and appointment next day after ordering the tires same day. In and out under an hour. Nicely done guys!
